Dr. Mike took great care of both me and my son. He was professional, punctual, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I had a crown done with Dr Sean Nguyen at Define Dental, and I’m really happy with the results. The team has been supportive throughout the process, and the doctor did an excellent job with my treatment. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done with great care, and I feel genuinely well looked after. Highly recommend.

I can’t thank Dr Bootes enough for turning my whole dental experience around. I’ve always been extremely anxious about dental visits due to past negative experiences, but over the past two years, Dr Bootes has completely changed that for me. Not only does he genuinely care for his patients, but he has always shown great pride in, and a strong sense of responsibility for, the importance of his work.
